Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti
Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti
A heavy suite in the middle of the Serengeti National Park: get acquainted with the "big five" in the afternoon, and in the evening enjoy gourmet dishes, five-star luxury and the company of the same sophisticated travelers.
- In the center of Serengeti Park
- Views of the savannah
- Chic spa center
The lodge is built on several levels connected by wooden decking and walkways. Four Seasons Serengeti is more than a lodge: it is something like an educational center where you will learn a lot of interesting things about the Maasai culture, the four—legged inhabitants of the reserve and Africa in general. And it is also a kind of museum filled with various artifacts and curiosities — from tribal gods to bright African carpets.
The pool of the Terrace Suite overhangs directly over the watering hole, so from it you can watch a family of elephants that come to quench their thirst: it is hardly possible to get even closer to nature without moving away from five-star luxury.
There are two restaurants in the hotel: Kulas, which is open all day, and the evening Boma Grill with African steaks and Maasai dancing. But, in addition, you can have dinner right in the bush, in the tall grass, listening to the rustles and growls. You wont have to worry about anything: your peace will be guarded by strict Masai warriors.
And of course, what is Four Seasons without a first-class spa. Order, for example, the Kifalme ritual, which uses the healing and rejuvenating properties of baobab fruits, or the Safisha cleansing ritual, which includes acupuncture massage and jasper massage. A very luxurious option is Big 5 Kani, a five—day program inspired by the five energies of the Serengeti, from sound waves to meditation at sunset.
