Conrad Maldives is a pioneer when it comes to dining: it is here that the first underwater restaurant, Ithaa Undersea, was introduced. The design of the aquarium restaurant, located at a depth of 5 meters and surrounded by coral reef, can be called unique, as the interior is dictated by nature itself. Later the hotel invited famous winemakers and began to offer the widest wine list on the islands from its own cellar of more than 20,000 bottles. Also a highlight of the hotel is the first authentic high-level Chinese cuisine restaurant - Ufaa by Jereme Leung.
