The spacious rooms provide a great place to sleep on wide beds, and the abundance of space, light and tropical greenery creates a festive mood.
In addition to the hotel, there is a Cocoa and Chocolate Museum in the park, where you can see how chocolate is made, literally from bean to bar, that is, from cocoa beans, which collected directly on site, to the finished tiles. There is also a small zoo where parrots, flamingos and monkeys walk without enclosures wherever they please: you will have breakfast in the garden every morning while listening to their lively conversations.
The gastronomic restaurant Casa Julian occupies a separate mansion with an elegant gallery in colonial style. It serves traditional Ecuadorian cuisine with a modern twist: hearty, soulful and incredibly tasty. You can complete your meal with tea made from aromatic medicinal herbs collected in the park.
