4. ORDER

4.1. Placing an Order: To purchase any of our services, clients are required to fill out a form available through the contact section on our website. Once the form is submitted, our managers will get in touch with you to confirm the order. After order confirmation, an invoice with a payment link will be sent to your email address. Payment must be made within the specified time period.
The prices listed on our website serve as a guideline and may vary depending on a variety of factors such as the season, specific requirements of the chosen service, and additional requests. The final cost will be clarified and confirmed by our manager before the invoice is issued, ensuring fairness and transparency in financial matters.

4.2. Cancellation of Order: Orders can be canceled by getting in touch with the manager as soon as possible. A partial refund will be initiated if the cancellation occurs no later than 7 days before the first day of rental. For a full refund, the order must be canceled no later than 30 days before the first day of rental. Please note that the earlier you notify us of your intent to cancel the order, the more funds will be refunded to you.

4. Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the rental: No refund will be provided.
