We offer to take one of three Ayurvedic courses at Leela, each of which is designed for 7 days. The first course is aimed at rejuvenation of the body (in Sanskrit, Rassayana) and helps to achieve balance of all three doshas with the help of procedures on oils. The second course will help those who are prone to stress and depression. You will be taught to relax, relieve accumulated long-term stress, get rid of insomnia and nervousness with the help of massage and shirodhara procedure, a healing trickle of vegetable and mineral oils, which is poured on the area of the third eye. But the main thing is that you will learn to enjoy every moment of life.
The third course — getting rid of toxins is necessary for everyone who lives and works in the city and eats not only smoothies from organic vegetables and fruits. In Sanskrit, the slags that accumulate in the body are called Ama, and in order to get rid of them, it is necessary to strengthen Agni — the hot aromatic energy of the body. The procedures of this course allow you to feel a surge of fresh energy; you will notice that even the smell that your body exudes has become more pleasant and harmonious. Consciousness will become clearer and calmer, and, most likely, chronic diseases will recede.
